PET POLICY
In accordance with the lease agreement, RULES AND REGULATIONS, Tenants agree not to keep any pets in or about the Premises without the written permission of the Landlord. Tenants may submit a request in writing to the Landlord if they want to add a pet to the lease agreement. The Tenant is required to provide the Landlord with the pet’s information and the Veterinarian information so we can complete a Veterinarian’s Certification of Breed and Temperament, along with a copy of the Veterinarian’s records. Once completed by the Vet and approved by the Landlord an Addendum is prepared for the Tenants review, initials, and signatures.
The Lease provides that:
- No animals are allowed, even temporarily anywhere in the Premises or Community unless we have so authorized in writing
- The Landlord grants permission for the Tenant to maintain only the pet specified in the request.
- No pets shall be allowed to become a nuisance or create any unreasonable disturbance.
- All cats must be spayed or neutered unless the procedure is deemed medically unsafe by a veterinarian.
- Tenant understands and agrees that it is Tenant’s responsibility to ensure that the insurance coverage does not exclude the pet(s) and/or the breed of the pet(s).
- This is a cat friendly only community. We do not accept pet dogs.
- No more than two cats/pets are allowed per apartment home .
- The Tenant is to pay an additional $35.00 per month/ per cat in advance, which is due on the first of the month.
